Pastor Manuel prayed for my back last night and today I feel 100% better. I hadn't been able to stand straight and could barely walk since Saturday. Today I can stand straight, sit, and I'm walking without any pain. Thank God! Cecilia Rios

My name is Philip Nunez. I attend New Harvest Church in Hollister. I first and foremost would like to give a shout of praise to my Heavenly Father who has raised me from the dead. I can identify with Ezekiel 37:2-10, my life was once a dried up dead fallen carcass. I laid in a dark valley of drugs, alcohol, and the pride of life for 10 years. It cost me my family and time in prison, with no direction or purpose. God did a miraculous transformation in my life.
So now my friends I stand with the elite of a vast army, with the breath of God in me that has given me a new order of purpose in my life. I no longer live a selfish life. The life I now live, I live for God first and foremost. Secondly, I live for my family, my beautiful wife Rosalie and our four children Woody, Sharee, Philip Jr., and Rena, our two grandchildren Breana and Matthew, and of course Denise, Woody's wife, and Pj, Sharee's husband.
This is my miracle, along with giving me a back bone to stand and to move forward. God has restored my broken marriage and has given back to me what is most important in life, a Family.
Me and my loving wife are working alongside with our leaders, Pastor Manuel and Sis. Yolanda. They have been an inspiration to our lives and our marriage. My wife and I also have the great privilege to lead the Gilroy Bible study. Please pray for us in Gilroy, it would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
Before I close I would like to say to you who feel that God seems to be so far away from where your standing now. God may seem far away because we serve a God that is always moving forward. Someone once said, "If you stay in one place too long, you will become that place." (Gen 19:26) I would like to encourage you to move forward in God, letting praise lead the way. God bless. Philip

First of all I just want to thank God for my salvation. As of November 15, 2010 I have been saved for 14 years. I thank God for His mercy and grace.
Second, of all I want to thank God for the healing of the left side of my body. Starting from my neck, shoulder, arm, hip, leg, and foot I have been healed. Back in 1994, I was in a car accident. I was rear-ended by a vehicle and pushed into on-coming traffic resulting in a truck hitting my car head on. Throughout the years I had gone to doctors, emergency rooms, had x-rays done, went to physical therapy, and at my worst took pain-killers. I felt like the woman with the issue of blood, no one could tell me what was wrong with me. I began to pray, contend, and believe God for my healing. Slowly, but surely, God began to heal me. At one time I could only lift my arm half way upright; NOW I CAN RAISE IT STRAIGHT UP ALL THE WAY ABOVE MY HEAD, I don't have to wear special insoles in my shoes any longer, and now I can wear HIGH HEELS AGAIN!!!!
Third and last of all I want to thank God for bringing Salvation to my daughter. My daughter had fallen away and left God. I recall being in church and seeing mothers with their children my heart was breaking because my daughter was not beside me in church. I also had stopped praying and believing for her. But as time went by, I began to pray, contend, and believe and God did a Miracle. HE BROUGHT HER BACK!! I just want to say that GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD!!!!!! THERE IS NOTHING TOO SMALL OR TOO BIG THAT HE CANNOT REPAIR, RESTORE, AND COMPLETE!!!! BUT IT STARTS WITH PRAYER, CONTENDING, AND BELIEVING!!! Gracie
I have been attending New Harvest Christian Fellowship for about 4 months now. I have committed my life to serving God and was doing so in every aspect of my life except tithing. One service, Pastor Manuel gave an awesome sermon about the importance of tithing and how we as Christians deprive ourselves of God’s blessings by not giving freely and willingly with an open heart. This really hit home with me and I realized that I needed to start.
I have been tithing now 10% of my income to God. It has not been easy for me to give 10% because my family and I were already having a hard enough time making ends-meet without the additional 10% income that was just committed to God but my wife and I decided it was a sacrifice that we needed and wanted to make . My testimony: We have gone through an incredible hardship over the last year with so many struggles, too many to get into right now but I want to focus on the blessing we received out of being obedient to God, specifically with tithing. We have gone for over a year now with one, barely running vehicle which I have been piecing together to keep it running so that I could get back and forth to work. Two weeks ago on a Thursday, it broke down, leaving me stranded on the side of the road on my way home from work. Now, we had NO CAR. We can barely get by with the income we have now, much less save to by another car within a few days so that I can get back to work. This situation seemed pretty dark and hopeless to me that evening.
That was two weeks ago and today, I have 2 cars! I was able to repair the broken car which had a broken timing belt. In the meantime, God provided some money in a way that had never occurred to me before so that I could buy a reliable used car.
Two prayers answered. My wife and I had been praying for a second vehicle so that she could get the kids to and from school, pay bills and run errands around town. Our prayers were answered out of what appeared to be a hopeless situation.
Now, I have reliable transportation to get to work and my wife has a car to fulfill her needs as well. I strongly believe that had we not been tithing and obedient to God, We would still be struggling with one car. I am grateful to attend a church where ALL of God’s teachings are presented to the church. I have come to my own educated conclusion that giving to God is as important to our lives as Christians as it is for the church to function and keep the doors open.
Immediately following church on Sunday, Josh Herrera (and family), my wife Whitley, and I went to Casa de Fruta to eat in celebration of my 33rd birthday. Shortly after dinner, my daughter wanted to ride the train. While walking to the train, my wife noticed the Dr who delivered her baby. He is a very nice OB/GYN who practices medicine in Hollister. The Dr. happens to be a Muslim by birth. Upon talking to the Dr, he informed us that he was with his family but had lost his wallet. Immediately Josh, Whitley, and I went into action helping the Dr search for his wallet. Quietly, all three of us were praying to God to show himself true to us and the Muslim Dr and help us find his wallet. By this time, the wallet had been missing a long time and everyone was giving up hope.
Josh, the Dr, and myself road the train with my daughter in hopes that when the Dr had ridden the train earlier with his grandchild, that it may have fallen off the train. Whitley in the mean time kept looking around the vast property of Casa de Fruta and we were all still praying.
Toward the end of the train ride, we still had not found the wallet. I prayed one more prayer to God asking for a miracle, but told God I would never question his sovereignty or providence in our life's matters. I must admit, I was feeling pretty discouraged since there were many times in the bible God did miraculous things in front of non-believers to show his majestic glory.
Little did I know, while on the train, a lady mysteriously walked up to Whitley and asked, "Are you looking for a wallet?" Whitley about fell over. Upon returning, the Dr was elated and in disbelief. We told the Muslim Dr that we prayed to God in Jesus's name and that God really does answer prayer. The Dr looked mighty impressed saying something to the effect that, "your God really answered your prayers". It was an excellent seed that was planted that day. God is awesome!
My name is Whitley Kerr. Although I am a generally healthy person, sometimes I get hit with sickness that gets pretty nasty. This includes bouts of fluid build up behind my ear drums that cause severe pain and dizziness for weeks. Last week, I started to feel these symptoms. Upon telling my husband about them, he laid hands on me, claimed healing based on the promise of answered prayers in various locations of he Bible and prayed. That evening, all my sickness disappeared. God truly is an amazing God who owes me nothing and I could never repay God for sending his son for me. On top of that, God earnestly desires to give bits of tastes of heaven while we are on earth! Thank God he hears our prayers and heals!
My name is Frank Fuentez. I have been truly set free from the power of sin for the past 4 years. Before that time, my wife and I were separated and having a really tough time with our marriage. We have a wonderful son that the Lord blessed us with 7+ yrs ago. I was back slidden and far away from God and I wanted to change the huge mess I made of my life and my family.
I gave my heart to the Lord and on that day everything began to change for the better. I put my trust in Jesus Christ. It was no easy task and it has been a very hard road but the Lord gave me a second or should I say my last chance with my family. Today it has been close to 2+ yrs back with my wife and I must say I am very blessed that God has changed my heart and is continuing to restore our marriage! I thank God for my beautiful wife Blanca and that I can truly say today I Love Her and my family! It is true that God can and will make the crooked paths straight.
With the help of God, my pastor Manuel Herrera and sister Yolanda Herrerra we can make it and find true happiness in marriage. Thank you Jesus!
My name is Sandra Castillo. I was brought up in church. I have been married for 10 years to my wonderful hubby David Castillo. We have 4 wonderful children and feel bless to share this testimony with all of you. It's our greatest testimony ever. Our baby girl Audrey Harmony Castillo was supposed to be born Jan 20, 2010 but it didn't happened that way. She was actually born Oct 20, 2009 which was 3 months early. When my water broke i was freaking out and my first reaction was to panic and cry at the same time. My heart was at peace and we chose not one time to blame God or question him cause we knew that he was in control.
At birth, our baby girl weighed 2 pounds and was 14 inches long. She was one of our four kids and our last baby, but deep in our hearts, we knew that Audrey would be our greatest testimony ever and was going to touch lots of people's lives.
I now go back and think when my hubby and I lost our home, how bitter and angry we were at God but we stopped to think for a second, "Wow God your so amazing" because whats going on with our baby girl Audrey we have been so good and motivated to do whatever God called us to be. We are here with our hands wide open to do God's will, we know our baby girl will be home soon. The enemy is such a liar and he will do anything to discourage us and makes us feel that we are not worthy of God's love but that's a lie from the pit of hell. I hope this story touches your heart and remember to fan your flame, FIRE FIRE FIRE!!! God bless. The Castillo Family
